At Tag Buddy, every tag is made with care — and most are custom-made just for you. Because of this personalization, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

However, your peace of mind matters to us. We include a 6-month warranty on all Tag Buddy products.

If your tag arrives faulty, damaged, or stops working under normal use within 6 months, we’ll replace it free of charge.

What’s Covered

• Tags that arrive damaged or non-functional
• Tags that stop working properly during normal use within 6 months

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear or rough handling
• Damage caused by misuse or modification
• Lost or stolen tags

Our tags are made from high-quality PLA, designed for everyday use and durability — whether on a backpack, collar, or countertop.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email contact.tagbuddy@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo or short video of the tag. We’ll take care of you right away.
