Each Tag Buddy has a tiny NFC chip inside. When someone taps their smartphone on the tag, your custom information instantly appears — like your phone number or business page. No apps, no scanning — just tap and go!

🐾 Is Tag Buddy waterproof and durable?+
Yes! Every tag is 3D-printed using high-quality, waterproof PLA and sealed to handle daily wear — whether it’s on a backpack, collar, or counter.
🎨 Can I customize my tag?+
- Kids & Pet Tags: Available in Red, Orange, Yellow, Light Blue, Pink, Purple, and Turquoise
- Business Tags: Available in Wood, White, and Black
- Your phone number (for kids and pet tags)
- Your business link (for Google Review or Instagram tags)
Each tag is handmade with care in the Greater Toronto Area.
🐕 How do I attach a tag?+
Each kids or pet tag includes an attachment ring, perfect for collars, bags, or keychains.
👉 Business tags do not include adhesive — you’ll need to use your own base such as double-sided tape, Velcro, or a stand, depending on your setup.

- Handmade in the Greater Toronto Area
- Orders processed in 1–3 business days
- Shipping within Canada: 8–11 business days
- Tracking provided once shipped
🔒 Is my information safe?+
Yes — your data is stored only on your tag. Nothing is uploaded online. No apps or external accounts are required.
🔁 Can I reprogram my tag later?+
Yes! All Tag Buddy tags can be reprogrammed later using a free app such as NFC Tools (available on Android and iPhone). This lets you easily update your phone number or business link anytime you’d like.
💡 Do all phones work with Tag Buddy?+
- iPhones: 7 and newer
- Android devices: Most models from 2015 and newer
If you’re unsure, check your phone’s settings for NFC — if it’s there, you’re good to go!

We currently ship across Canada and the U.S. We’re a small family business and hope to add international shipping soon!
